At Brač Villas, we take pride in offering you the perfect vacation experience. Our journey began with a simple dream of finding the ultimate getaway for our family and friends. We spent over a decade touring Croatia, visiting its islands and exploring the most beautiful places. Our search led us to Sumartin, which combined all the elements we were looking for – crystal clear waters, a serene location even during high season, excellent restaurants, and numerous opportunities for outdoor activities.

Our good fortune continued when we met Milka Basic, a dedicated concierge from Sumartin who now oversees our villas. With Milka's help, we decided to make Sumartin our second home and now spend several months each year on Brac, away from the stress of our busy lives.

We are thrilled to share this beautiful place with our guests and offer them the same unforgettable experience we have come to cherish. Our villas provide a relaxing and luxurious setting for you to unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories.
